That doesn’t sad bad at all. Need to find a position for Zell Miller though, he deserves it. Perhaps Koch too, maybe as an ambassador…

McCain was promoting Joe Biden for Secretary of State and himself as Undersecretary, so he could tell Joe to shut up every time he opened his mouth. That would work well with Leiberman, too.

Powell as UN head – that’s perfect. I’d actually rather see Guliani as Secretary of State. They really NEED cleaning up and he’s a past master at that. But we do need a new Atty General.
I like the idea of Lieberman as UN SecGen… I’d love to watch the Arabs have hysterics about a JOOOO being head of the UN. But I doubt he’d be effective for that very reason.
SecDef: Wolfowitz.
Move Rumsfeld to Press Secretary — he gives them fits and it’s no end of fun watching him drive them nuts.

I think leiberman should be Ambassador to Palestine or some other anti-jew nation…just to piss them off like when we sent in Madaline Albright.

Good, except that I don’t care much for McCain. Too high on himself. Hard to imagine him playing second fiddle to anyone.

Drudge is saying Ashcroft will resign soon. So Rudy may in fact be on his way in.

I’m surprised. I never would have thunk it. The way the world media spins the zionist conspiracy I was just assuming. It makes one think there’s more hope for the world than previously believed.

Hi Ali, I was so glad, it looked like Bush was losing for a while but then the American people came through with the right choice. Now we have four years to straighten it out instead of four months.

Sweet! But if Condi seeks higher office, she needs a different admin post to get more experience

Condi would be interesting as a SecDef. It’d be a first in many ways–not a bad thing for a Rep. President to do–but she’s probably got the smarts to do it. She’s solid on the policy front, but maybe not so strong on the tech end, and tech is a big part of being SecDef these days.

There’s some talk of Blackwill succeeding her as NSA. That’d not be a good choice. Blackwill is amazing in a lot of ways. He’s utterly brilliant and totally self-made. But he’s an exceptionally difficult person to work with. He’s better kept in a supporting role where he can do heavy thinking without a lot of human interaction.

If you’re going to groom Condi for bigger things, she needs domestic policy experience. I would say Secretary of Transportation or Energy: both could use some National Security restructuring. But I think she will stay where she is.

That list looks doable, though I question McCain – he might do better in Veteran’s Affairs. And just to make things interesting, Michael Savage for Labor, Rush for Education, and Ann Coulter for Homeland Defense. The American left would spontaneously combust, and the European economy would be spurred by a rash of dry cleaning spending when they simultaneously soiled themselves. Aren’t there a few more Jews we can stack in the cabinet?

Yeah I wasn’t to happy with McCain but I couldn’t think of anyone else. My husband suggested Franks.
