The UN dithers while thousands die. Last time I checked the Security Council couldn't even get sanctions on the Sudanese regime (Pakistan and China objected). Kofi Annan swore that there'd never be another Rwanda, but he's worthless. And now that his son has been implicated in the Oil for Food scandal, even his attention has been diverted.
