		<description>This is encouraging. More encouraging would be if we started getting our money's worth out of our annual $2 billion handout to Egypt. For that kind of cash, we should be getting some serious leverage. If we're not, there are plenty of better places the money could go than into the pockets of Mubarak's regime.</description>
