Not all MPs are keen on what the people want, in fact, most of them only agree to what the GPC to sustain and increase their perks. this is why the parliment fails as an agent of change and NDI knows that yet ignores it! its racism, MPs belonging to GPC and friends of the regime get a brand new car and lots of perks, while others are told: out of budget, there is a spesific incident that sparked this whole thing.
