I think Mr. Ali is innocent while looking back all the evidance or readings both sides.It personally doesn’t seem that a man with a family would actually think of doing something like this. I am personally hoping Ali’s innocense will be shown or determined very soon.

With all this drama its pretty hard to decide whats right from wrong.But as a Big Business women it seems I meant millions of muslims from around the world and personally with Mr. Ali and I would never in a million years believe he is capable of all this drama. i would like you all commenters to please know that this nice and wise man is totally innocent.

Amen knowingly broke the law by shipping prohibitted goods without permit.

In this country it does not become “legal” if you’re not caught.

If you don’t understand this, then you should leave this country, as yu cannot be trusted.

Ahh…trust…seems to be a problem with some cultures.

and i think USA should of go back as they used to be
gave people the rights to defends them self.
and the other thing is how could some one will shipp stolen stuff in a big container through a legal ways and USA was watching the whole thing

Presenting my thought

Amen Ahmed Ali, did not harm any US citizen nor thought of harming any soul. The thing I don’t understand is that why the united state government let Amen Ahmed to send any thing with out any one stopping the shipment. Plus that the material Amen Ahmed was giving was from the united state army, WHY DID
THE UNITED STATE ARMY GAVE AMEN THE MATERIAL. AND IF IT WAS STOLEN, THE UNITED STATE ARMY ARE NOT STUPID TO LET ANY ONE TO TAKE CONTAINER OF SUITS AND BULIT PROFF VEST, WITHOUT ANY ONE KNOWING. If two or ten stuff where stolen I would conceder it theft, but he was giving A container of material for the reason of that he can be kept in the united state.

i have a general comment here

many Yemenis in the US bear different names than their real ones

in the past, entering the US was not as complicated as it is now, and one could, for example, enter as the son of someone who had already acquired citizenship–other ways were also used

those people who did this had nothing to do with terrorism–they just wanted to stay legally in the US and work to support their families

but now with the rise of terrorism, and to secure them from future suspecions, i suggest that the US asks its citizins who are of Yemeni origin to officially document their real names and dates of births.
