He shipped prohibited military items from the US to Yemen. After that they set up a sting and asked him if he wanted to buy military secrets and stolen military equiptment, and he did. They didnt just pick him out of a crowd and set him up; he was already engaged in criminal activity harming the US. They should charge him with treason considering he is a US citizen. He had already committed a crime when he came to the attention of authorities. He shipped prohibited military items from the US to Yemen.

On the contrary, I personally know a Yemeni man who has worked programming NASA! And many other very large US companies I will not mention here. This guy was stupid and this is one more lesson learned. Yes he got set up and he took the bait, now this will be a lesson for others to start thinking before action! To Mike:
