25 Sheiks in Al Jawf Condemn Head of SCER for Inciting Violence

25 senior sheikhs and dignitaries in Al-Jawf governorate condemned what they describe as a deliberate creation of commotions and wars between the AL-Jawaf locals in reference to the deaths of many over the past months, including a doctor and a number of Houthi supporters a couple of weeks ago. In a statement signed by all the 25 sheikhs, they held Khalid Al-Sharif, Head of the Supreme Committee of Elections and Referendum SCER, responsible for all the criminal activities since the very beginning. But Al-Sharif, on the other hand denies the charges and attributed the armed confrontations in Al-Jawf to the conflict between Al Houthies tribes.
