Thats hysterical. Cloning is a time honored tactic of the Yemeni government in all areas- political parties, NGO, protesters etc.

Terrorist attacks mostly organized by al-Qaeda, Yemeni official
SANA’A, July 02 (Saba) – Interior Minister Mutahr al-Masri has said that terrorist attacks carried out in Yemen during the last period were mostly organized by al-Qaeda.

“The security services pursue the criminals for investigating with them and then bring them to justice to get legal punishments”, said al-Masri.

Answering some questions of parliamentarians during a session of the Parliament held in Sana’a last Wednesday, the Yemeni official said that he would provide all information on anti-government riots, sit-ins and protests which took place in some cities of Yemen to a committee of the parliament in order to take into its reports.

“Some of the riots which happened in the southern provinces of the country have included 300 non-security checkpoints and 500 non-licensed protests”, said the Minister, pointing out that those events had caused the killing of a number of soldiers and citizens and injuring others.

Yemen has witnessed a number of terrorist attacks claimed by the al-Qaeda in recent years against foreign missions, tourist sites and oil installations.

It gets funnier:

Attending today’s session in parliament, Minister of Interior Mutahar Rashad Al-Misri blamed some parties – he did not named – institutes and Fatwa for cloning and incubating terrorist elements and groups.

This comes following extended arguments about the problems in Southern provinces and troublemakers during the last few days, causing the parliament’s Presidency Board to summon Al-Misri to respond to questions raised by the members of parliament.

Al-Misri, who was alluding to Islamist parties and groups including Islah, noted that Yemen’s problems rest on the rising threats of Al-Qaeda Organization, maintaining security forces has managed to arrest dozens of Al-Qaeda affiliates involved in attacks on foreigners and foreign interests.

He further stated that his ministry has known the names and identities of people who were involved in the attacks that targeted Korean tourists and investigators in Sana’a and Shibam respectively last March.

Responding to questions about troublemakers in Southern provinces, Al-Misri stated that troublemakers have so far conducted over 300 highway robbery, 300 unlicensed demonstrations and 200 unlicensed marches in Southern governorates including Aden, Hadramout, Lahj, Abyan, and Al-Dhale’.

He also added that troublemakers and Al-Qaeda elements were behind killing dozens of soldiers and citizens and injuring several others.
