		<description>unfortunately saudi arabia can not distinguish between yemen refugee and houthi rebels trying to cross the border, so they can&#039;t accept them as they may be dangerous and armed and saudis  started the war against the houthi to fend them back from entering suadi arabia, 

yemeni people can be  easily distinguished based on the arabic accent they have which is different from saudi but the houthis are indistinguishable from other yemeni and both yemeni refugee and houthis have no legal passports.

if Human Rights Watch have a concern they should go to saudi and yemen and talk to both governments and the human rights of both countries.</description>
