According to eye witnesses who were in adjacent and neighboring cells Tamah was hanged to the ceiling upside down for 12 hours straight, burnt with cigar butts and shocked with electricity. After all this torture he was shot point blank range in the head. When his friends visited they found him laying in a pool of blood dead. Tamah is not the first prisoner to be executed inside his prison cell . Several weeks ago an 18 year teenager who suffers from mental illness from hadramout was tortured to death. Few days ago Also from Almukalla hadramout saleh Al abkri died in prison due to torture. Yemeni prisons make Abu ghuraib prison in Iraq like a Disney Land.
